Eligibility Requirements

Age: Nominees must be 18 years or older.
The nominee must be a father.
Residency: Must reside in Flathead Valley, Montana.
Health: Nominees must be in good general health and free from conditions that would prevent safe cosmetic dental treatment.
Dental Screening: Finalists must complete a complimentary dental exam and x-rays to confirm eligibility. Conditions such as advanced decay, gum disease, or need for extensive procedures may disqualify a nominee.
Consent: The finalists must agree to attend the appointments required for the contest.
You must need to have permission of the father that you are nominating.
Prize Cap: Prize covers cosmetic dental treatment up to $16,000 in value. Additional procedures (if needed) are the winner’s responsibility.
